1.What does complete access include?

2.How are Premium Deep-Dive Guides purchased?
Each Premium Deep-Dive Guide is bought separately through secure Razorpay checkout at the price shown on its card or product page. Buying one guide grants access to that product only.
3.When will the download become available?
Access is released as soon as the payment is verified by our server, usually within a few seconds of Razorpay confirming it. The payment-success page confirms the purchase and links straight to the file or Vault, so you never have to wait for the email.
4.Can a buyer download the file again later?
Yes. Download links are short-lived for security, but the purchase itself does not expire. Sign in and open My Purchases (Premium Deep-Dive Guides) or the QA Notes Vault to generate a fresh secure download link whenever you need it.
5.What email address should the buyer use at checkout?
Use the email address you want your access tied to — ideally the same one you sign in with. If you paid with a different address, you can link the purchase from My Purchases using a verification email sent to the payment address.
6.What happens if access does not arrive?
Open the payment-success page reference or contact support with your Razorpay payment ID. Access is restored manually against the verified payment record — no proof of purchase beyond that payment is needed.
7.What is the refund or replacement policy?
Digital purchases may qualify for a refund or a replacement file when the delivered PDF is defective or was not downloaded, within the window stated in the refund policy. The full terms are on the refund policy page.
8.Is this a physical product?
No. Everything sold here is a digital PDF delivered online. Nothing is printed or shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
9.Can the files be shared or resold?
No. Purchases are for personal use by the buyer. Files are watermarked and access is tied to your account; redistributing, reselling or uploading them publicly is not permitted and can result in access being revoked.
