3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of resumes, posts, and comments you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process this content to operate the Service. Anonymous community posts are still subject to moderation.

5. Job Listings & Third-Party Content

Job listings are aggregated from public sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or that any employer will respond. Applications are made on third-party employer sites — their terms apply.

6. AI Outputs

AI-generated content (resume reviews, mock interviews, summaries) is provided as guidance only. It may be inaccurate. Always verify before acting on it. We are not responsible for hiring outcomes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftwareTestPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime from your profile settings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
