About Avinash

Avinash Kamble is the founder of SoftwareTestPilot and a hands-on QA engineer who has spent the last decade shipping test automation across fintech, SaaS, and e-commerce products. He writes every guide on this site from real, in-production experience — the same Playwright suites, Selenium grids, Postman collections, and CI/CD pipelines his teams run day to day.

He started the site after mentoring dozens of testers who kept hitting the same walls: fragile locators, flaky pipelines, weak interview answers, and unclear career ladders. SoftwareTestPilot is his attempt to answer those questions once, with working code, benchmarks, and templates instead of theory.

Outside of writing, Avinash spends his time reviewing pull requests, coaching QA engineers through interview prep, and shipping the free tools that make up the SoftwareTestPilot toolkit.
