Senior AI Performance Tester

In this role, you will be at the forefront of testing and evaluating the performance of advanced AI systems, ensuring they meet and exceed our clients\' requirements. Key Details: Travel: Negligible Clearance: An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance. Your Responsibilities: Conduct real AI test events using the developed test harness. Provide insights and recommendations to AI developers based on test results. Collaborate with customers to prioritize their needs and suggest improvements based on user requirements. What You Bring: U.S. citizenship. Proven experience in leveraging AI for test planning, requirements analysis, and risk identification. Expertise in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras. Solid understanding of machine learning and AI testing methodologies. Experience interfacing with range sensors for data gathering. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and development teams. A knack for identifying user needs and crafting solutions for complex challenges. Ideal Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field. Certification in AI Testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus. Compensation: Our competitive compensation is reflective of the candidate\'s experience, education, skills, and alignment with our corporate policies.
