Description: Performance Testing with Gatling experience Requirements: Role Summary Lead end-to-end Performance Assurance & Engineering for a legacy ERP platform, ensuring scalability, stability, and readiness across regular digital releases Required Skills 8–12+ years in Performance Testing/Engineering Strong hands-on experience in Gatling (preferred) / JMeter Experience with ERP / legacy systems Knowledge of APM tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.) Strong understanding of NFRs, workload modelling, and capacity planning Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines Job Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Drive performance testing (Load, Stress, Soak, Peak) for ERP platform Execute monthly performance test cycles aligned with releases Uplift and maintain Gatling-based test assets Design workload models based on business volumes & NFRs Perform bottleneck analysis and provide tuning recommendations Enable cloud-based load testing and CI/CD integration Establish performance standards, dashboards, and governance Support release go/no-go decisions with data What We Offer: Exciting Projects: We focus on industries like High-Tech, communication, media, healthcare, retail and telecom.
