QA Automation Engineer Playwright & Mobile Testing

As a Senior Test Engineer/Lead Analyst at CGI, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks for web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery across multiple platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining robust UI automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript to ensure high-quality software delivery. - Creating, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts for web and mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. - Developing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements. - Performing functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and cross-platform testing to validate application quality and stability. - Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage. - Identifying, analyzing, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution, working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. - Strong hands-on experience in UI automation using Playwright (Mandatory) or Selenium. - Experience in mobile automation testing for iOS and Android platforms. - Proficiency in at least one programming language: TypeScript (Mandatory), Java, Python. - Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and QA best practices. - Experience in writing, executing, and maintaining automated test cases. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
