Performance Testing – Senior Consultant

Mandatory Tools: NeoLoad, JMeter, any APM tool like AppD, Dynatrace, etc. Good to Have: Loadrunner, Salesforce Scale Test and Scale Center

• Should have 5 - 8 years of extensive experience in Performance Testing and Engineering projects.
• Should have experience in testing web-based and client-server applications with expertise in performance test strategy creation, scripting, test execution, test analysis, monitoring and profiling.
• Should have experience in creating performance test plans incorporating non-functional requirements and developing workload models.
• Should be well versed in requirement gathering, analyzing the requirements and preparing test strategy, test design, performing test execution and defect management processes.
• Should be well versed in using NeoLoad for API, Mobile, Browser, SAP, Salesforce, etc. for scripting, test execution, optimizing, monitoring, profiling and analyzing the results with comprehensive report generation.
• Should have hands-on experience with JMeter tool setup, scripting, execution and results collation for API, Mobile, Browser, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
• Good to have knowledge on Salesforce Scale Test and Scale Center.
• Should have conceptual understanding of scripting and extensive experience in enhancing test scripts to cover comprehensive business use case using manual correlations, parameterization, assertions, string manipulations, custom coding etc.
• Extensive experience in conducting various performance tests like load, stress, endurance, bandwidth, network latency testing and deriving insights from these tests.
• Should have good knowledge and hands-on experience on application performance management, server logs and infrastructure monitoring tools like New Relic, Splunk, App Dynamics, JConsole, Visual VM, JRockit mission control, GC viewer, MAT, Fast Thread, jStack, Jmap, JProfiler to locate, analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks in enterprise applications.
• Should have experience in JVM heap and GC tuning, instrumenting JMX-Thread pool optimization, heap dump and thread dump analysis, Process CPU usage, Memory leak detection,
• Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & email) and should have experience in interacting with clients and project stakeholders effectively.
• Should be committed, result oriented, hard working with a quest and zeal to learn new technologies, take up challenging tasks in the project and explore new initiatives Pay: Up to ₹130,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
