This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, accuracy, and integrity of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving continuous improvement in testing strategies, fostering innovation in automation, and implementing intelligent testing solutions that anticipate and address potential challenges. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products is a key aspect of daily responsibilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation efficiency. - Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional. - Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks. - Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing. - Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies. - Familiarity with quality assurance best practices and defect management processes. - Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
