Job Description Description Current project technologies include legacy Java, JSP, native Javascript, scriplet code built in Eclipse with a MS SQL server backend and GIT for the code repository. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive testing of current and future software applications and modules, ensuring high-quality delivery for our customers. Develop clear, thorough, and well-structured test cases based on requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, applying strong knowledge of software engineering principles. Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple environments. Validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes, and document results with precision and clarity. Log defects in Azure DevOps (ADO) with detailed reproduction steps, expected vs. actual outcomes, and supporting evidence. Collaborate closely with developers to drive timely resolution and maintain transparent communication. Take full ownership of assigned testing tasks, delivering high quality work with minimal supervision. Apply sound judgment and problem-solving techniques to meet objectives while working under general direction. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies—including daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives—while collaborating with team members in an Azure DevOps environment. Analyze customer needs, quickly learn new tools and technologies, and contribute to effective solutions both independently and within a cross functional team. Prepare and deliver demonstrations of newly implemented functionality to customers or stakeholders, clearly articulating changes, expected behavior, and business value while confidently addressing questions. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree and 8 Years of Experience Active Secret or TS clearance is required for this position. Pay 40-55h Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
