Software Tester - Manual Testing- LOS/LMS - Immediate Joiners - Mumbai (WFO)

As a skilled Manual Test Engineer in the BFSI domain, you will be responsible for testing Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Banking Collections modules at AQM Technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing Manual & Functional Testing for LOS, LMS & Collections modules - Creating Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data - Conducting ST, SIT, UAT, Regression & Retesting - Executing end-to-end testing of Collections flows, including Delinquency identification, DPD bucket movement, Reminder & follow-up workflows, Field collections & recovery, Allocation rules, settlement handling, and validating Borrower journey - Performing SQL-based data validation - Testing mobile apps for Collections - Logging & tracking defects using JIRA - Coordinating with Development, Product & QA Teams - Ensuring complete test coverage & quality delivery You must have hands-on experience in Collections / Credit Collection / Debt Collection modules, LOS & LMS modules, strong Manual Testing background, and banking / BFSI domain experience. Additionally, SQL knowledge for backend validation, experience in JIRA & Agile methodology, and exposure to mobile app testing (Android/iOS) are desirable skills.
