Senior QA Engineer (Automation + Manual) Dear Candidate, Greetings from 3 Kubed Consulting India Pvt Ltd!! We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer for one of our prestigious clients for Bangalore location Hybrid work mode, with strong expertise in manual testing along with either UI automation or performance testing. The role involves active contributions to automation and/or performance testing, while continuing manual validation for exploratory, edge-case, and business-critical scenarios. The ideal candidate should be able to ensure end-to-end quality from both user and system performance perspectives JD:

• Employment: On PMT FTE rolls of client ( no third party) Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools
• Contribute to automation strategy, ensuring maximum coverage and reusability
• Perform manual testing for new features, exploratory testing, and edge cases not suitable for automation
• Analyze requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Ensure regression coverage through automation, reducing manual effort over time
• Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for continuous testing
• Execute test cycles, log defects, and drive defect closure with dev teams
• Perform API validation and basic automation where applicable
• Conduct performance testing using JMeter and provide insights
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting
• Continuously identify opportunities to shift-left and improve quality processes Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in UI Automation, with preference for Playwright expertise
• Proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript
• Solid experience in manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory,smoke)
• Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD integration
• Good understanding of test design techniques and defect lifecycle
• Experience in performance testing using JMeter
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Experience in API automation/testing
• Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc.)
• Experience in test reporting dashboards / QA metrics
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
• Communication & Soft Skills
• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate risks, defects, and quality insights
• Ability to collaborate across Dev, Product, and QA teams
