Senior Automation QA Engineer - Playwright Testing

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using Playwright for end-to-end testing. Additionally, you will implement and optimize test frameworks using TestNG/JUnit to ensure comprehensive test coverage. You will also build and manage automation projects using the Gradle build tool. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies that align with product requirements and business objectives. Furthermore, you will mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation best practices and technical skills development. Conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality automation code standards will be a part of your responsibilities. In case of complex test failures, you will debug and troubleshoot them, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines will also be essential. You will be expected to drive continuous improvement initiatives in test automation processes and methodologies and champion quality assurance best practices across the organization. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of experience in Automation QA Testing - Proven experience with Playwright/Selenium for end-to-end test automation and strong hands-on experience with Java or JavaScript - Strong proficiency in TestNG and/or JUnit - Solid understanding of QA principles, testing strategies, and best practices - Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities Please note that there is a "No hire" policy from Sprinklr.
