We are currently seeking a QA Manual Tester- AFS & Commercial Lending to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Job Title: QA Manual Tester – AFS & Commercial Lending Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with strong domain expertise in Advanced Financial Services (AFS) and Commercial Lending . The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end lending workflows, ensuring high-quality delivery of financial applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and functional requirements related to AFS and commercial lending systems Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on requirements and user stories Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing Validate workflows such as loan origination, servicing, underwriting, and credit risk assessment Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM) Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues Participate in UAT support and ensure test coverage aligns with business expectations Prepare test reports, status updates, and QA documentation Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal quality standards Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in manual testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC Hands-on experience in AFS (Advanced Financial Services) platforms Good understanding of Commercial Lending domain , including: Loan lifecycle (origination to closure) Credit analysis and underwriting Collateral management Payment processing Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail) Ability to write clear and concise test cases and test scenarios Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Exposure to API testing (Postman/SoapUI) Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with automation tools (nice to have) Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field Domain Expertise (Must Have) Hands-on experience in AFS (Advanced Financial Services) systems Strong functional knowledge of Commercial Lending products and processes Soft Skills Attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team Strong documentation and reporting skills Proactive and quality-driven mindset About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
