QA Automation/ SDET (Selenium, Playwright)

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at our dynamic team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using Playwright for end-to-end testing. You will implement and optimize test frameworks using TestNG/JUnit, build and manage automation projects using Gradle build tool, and develop comprehensive testing strategies aligned with product requirements and business objectives. Your role will involve mentoring junior QA engineers, conducting code reviews, debugging complex test failures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives in test automation processes and methodologies while championing quality assurance best practices across the organization.
