Key Responsibilities · Consults within scrum or other teams on test planning and participates, for example, in scrum team testing, planning and demo activities along with the verification leads. · Conducts functional and performance, load and reliability testing · Knowledge on ADS, RV&S and CQ · Documents requirements, test design and test reports. Knowledge on Windchill · Maintenance of requirements traceability. · Work closely with the lead verification engineers to ensure the best quality software is shipped on time. · Ensure deliverables are on time and of high quality · Required Skills and Experience We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. • Manual Testing Expertise: 5+ years of experience in functional, performance, load, and reliability testing.
• Agile/Scrum Knowledge: Ability to collaborate effectively within scrum teams and participate in agile ceremonies.
• Tools & Platforms:
• ADS (Application Development System)
• RV&S (Requirements, Verification & Solutions)
• CQ (ClearQuest)
• Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and detailed reports.
• Requirements Management: Experience in maintaining requirements traceability.
• Windchill Knowledge: Familiarity with Windchill for product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Wind-chill Desired Skills

• Good understanding/experience of the healthcare/medical device testing standards is an advantage.
• Good understanding/experience in SAFe agile way of working
